The deadline for the Selfies, the awards for all British-based self-published authors has now passed, but make sure to watch out for next year!

The Debut Dagger Award is for or the opening of a crime novel by a writer who isn’t represented by an agent by the time the competition closes, and who has never had a traditional contract for a full-length novel. You don’t have to have completed the novel, either, so if you’ve got a killer opening, don’t hesitate to submit your entry. The deadline for entries is 26th February 2021.

Award-winning global publisher, boldwood books, is looking for a new psychological thriller writer to join its bestselling list… and it could be you!

The team at Boldwood Books are brilliant, so I’m so excited to share their competition, on the hunt for a new psychological thriller write – you know I can’t resist a good twist! To find out more, head to the Boldwood Books website.

Entries close on 7th April, so you’ve still got time to work on your entry. To find out more, head to the Killing It page.
