The deadline for the Selfies, the awards for all British-based self-published authors has now passed, but make sure to watch out for next year!

The Debut Dagger Award is for or the opening of a crime novel by a writer who isn’t represented by an agent by the time the competition closes, and who has never had a traditional contract for a full-length novel. You don’t have to have completed the novel, either, so if you’ve got a killer opening, don’t hesitate to submit your entry. The deadline for entries is 26th February 2021.
